JeAlOuSy

Ok so first off I just wanna say this post IS NOT meant to offend anyone!! Just some feelings I'm having, and is really just meant to show how blessed we all are. I'm sorry if I come across mean or rude because that's not how I mean this. I would also be a hypocrite to say I have never been jealous of anyone or thing in my life because I have been. But at the same time I realize how petty and selfish I was during those times and now wouldn't give anything to have what I thought I wanted or wished for. It just appals me at what some people can be jealous of, and not realize how it would effect their own life. Now I have been jealous of how people who just got married can have house's or buy really expensive things, but I have never been jealous because someone got married before I did, or because someone is having a baby, or even because they don't follow the standards of the Gospel. (I'm also not trying to pass judgement) I have came to realize in the past year the things that really matter, at least to me, and how blessed I am for everything else. I wish more people could see this!! I know too many people who care about how they look to others, both physically and worldly wise, and not seeing how much they truly have to be grateful for and will say they have nothing. Most of us are blessed with a warm house, cars, more than one way to communicate with others, families that love us, friends, the Gospel, money-even if some think its not enough, and so many others! Yet I see people who have all these plus many more who are jealous because their friends or family members are getting married before them, and then won't talk to them because of the fact. Or people who are jealous because someone they know gets pregnant and then bad mouths them because it might not be the way we were taught to conceive, or for man other dumb reasons. I am so very grateful to be pregnant and think it is such a wonderful gift, but I also think its not something to take lightly! We were married in the temple and did as many people here in Utah and then started a family, we need to realize that's not how everyone ends up doing it nor should we judge them because of it. Something I find comical though, is these people who judge them will also be in fact jealous of it, for very foolish and dumb reasons. Not realizing how a child would affect their life at the time. I know I may sound preachy and I really don't mean to be! But I honestly feel people need to look at their lives and see how many things they have and are blessed with before wishing they had things others have. Not only that but when you are jealous of what someone has don't judge them for it!! We are all meant to live certain lives. Some may lead a life that is full of riches and glam, others may lead one with not so many riches, but all and all neither one is less of a life unless the ones living it make it that way. This may be a little hard for some to hear, but my true feeling is a life with the Gospel in it is the fullest a life can get!! I know I take it for granted all to often. But when you really think about everything the Gospel gives to each of us and the knowledge it brings, what more could any of us ask for?
Again I don't mean to come off Preachy, Ignorant, Judgemental, or anything else. I just want more people to look at their own lives and really look at everything they have and maybe even imagine what it would be like without some of those things before they start wishing for what others have. We are all so blessed, even though we may think other wise.

AnD tHe BaBy Is A...

So I went for my midway ultrasound today and we were able to find out the sex. We are having a baby BOY!! She said everything looks really good, and from the measurements I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow:) My doctor will be the one to decide that for sure next month when I go, but for right now thats what I'm going with! JJ is so excited and a little shocked. But its clear as day that he's a boy. His name will be Kyler Jerry Harris, and is due around the 22nd of April.

20 weeks!! Half way there.

JaZz GaMe

So on Saturday we got to go to the Jazz game. My uncle works for Kfan and was able to get a bunch of my dads family tickets for the game. It was alot of fun, and a great experience for me since it was my first time going. The Jazz played Portland and won by 18 the were never down during the entire game. With about 3 minutes left in the game they called a time out and the Bear came out and had a big slingshot he was using to launch little plush balls with $100 gas cards attached. The last ball he launched came up into our section, I think it bounced off of a guys finger tips and came over towards us, JJ then jumped over me and grabbed it. It took him a minute to realize he had it but once he did he started jumping around. It was so much fun to watch. We figured that was our blessing for talking in church today:) We had a great time and Thanks Uncle Chad for the Tickets!!

JJ with his money ball;)

Also I'm 18 weeks:) I had a doctors appointment last Monday and everything looks good. Stubborn baby wouldn't move to let us see what it is. I luckily don't have to wait to much longer to find out, I have my Half-way Ultrasound on Wednesday!! And I'm assuming in that 20 minutes the baby would move. But I guess we'll see. I just can't wait to know. I still think its a boy, but I'll be so happy either way.
Also I can now give you a better idea of what my belly looks like, my closet has a full body mirror on the door!! I still don't look very pregnant though.

ThAnKsGiViNg

Well first off I'd like to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. It was kinda a weird day at least for me. I was really sick this morning and achy, so I didn't get to have dinner. JJ went to his families house though and his grandparents had came and also his aunt and uncle. A little later when I finally started feeling better we went over and played some games with them. It ended up being an okay day. And I'm in luck because my mom will be making another thanksgiving dinner on Sunday!
I am also very Thankful for so many things!! For my Husband who puts up with all of my crap and that he provides and protects our small little family. We have now been married for 8 months and it has been the best 8 months of my life. I am also very Thankful for the chance to be a Mother! I am so honored that the Lord would trust me with one of his spirits. I am so Thankful for the Gospel in our lives, and all the blessings and knowledge it brings to us. I am also Thankful for a warm and comfy Home and for all the small little things in it. Also I am Thankful for both of our families and the support and love they give us. Also for food, clothing, schooling, transportation, and all the other little things I take for granted alot.

Anyways HAPPY THANKSGIVING y'all!!!

PaSsInG oUt

So I was out shopping yesterday with my mom and grandma and I passed out in one of the stores!! I started to not feel well and my vision went kinda blurry when we were checking out and the next thing I know I was waking up with a pounding head and on the floor. Kinda scary!! We didn't freak out to much, because my mom passed out when she was pregnant with me. However, I have been alittle scared about it ever since. I think it was probably because my blood sugar was low. I've been googling it and "they say" in can be caused by low blood sugar, the baby sitting on blood vessels, or severe anemia and other unknown illnesses. I'm hoping it was just one of the first two. I guess I hit my head pretty hard. I don't remember it though. I do have a shiner and a little bump on my forehead, but other than that I've been fine. I am going to talk to my doctor when I go in on Monday about this to make sure its nothing more serious!! I have never passed out before and I don't like it very much. I just hope everything is ok, and that the baby is healthy. I think that is the one thing I worry about the most. I am so grateful for my hubby!! By the end of last night I was annoyed with everyone wanting to make sure I was ok, and telling me why it happened and all that kinda crap. He came home and wanted to make me food right away to make sure I ate, I didn't let him right at first because I had already eaten so much, but I'm so thankful because he cares so much about me and the baby. When he's home he is always trying to help out and clean something or do something for me and I appreciate it so much. So there is something interesting that happened this week!!

SoRrY mOrE bAbY tAlK

So there isn't a 15 week picture, but I do have one for week 16. We have had a few really busy weeks!! J.J.'s sister and brother-in-law came out last week from Cali. and spent a few days here. We had alot of fun while they were here. She is due with a little girl the first part of January so it was the last time we'll see them for awhile. We will hopefully be able to go out to her blessing in March, but we will have to see how both me and the baby will be doing them, by then I'll be 8 months!!
Its been fun because I can actually feel the baby, especially when its laying in certain spots. I have felt a few kicks, I can't wait for J.J. to be able to feel it. He is so excited about it, I could feel the baby last night and he put his hand on my tummy to see if he could but no such luck. I know he has to get annoyed with me talking about it all the time, and the things I want for it. He has been so great through all of this! I don't know why he's so good to me, especially when I can be so ornery. I love him so much!!
We are also really enjoying our new house and the new to us car. I love being in a house and not an apartment. The car just makes life so much easier, because we aren't scared of breaking down as much.
I go to the doctor next Monday, I am hoping to find out what we are having!! If not, it'll be another 3-4week wait. Once we know I think I'll be alittle more relaxed. I so want to get started on the crafts I wanna do for the walls and things....but I have agreed not to do anything till I know for sure.

LoTs Of PiCtuReS

These are pictures from my ultrasound earlier today and me at 14 week and 2 days with a little bump. My next appointment is on the 23rd:) The doctor said everything looked really good. It was wiggling so much when we were trying to hear the heartbeat, but it finally settled down and let us!! JJ will also be able to go with me now. They are letting 1 healthy adult come with, so he'll be there when we get to find out what we are having. You really can't tell in these ones, but in the actual picture on top, there is a little white dot in between the legs. White usually indicates the bones, so my mom is thinking it might be some boy parts showing. I'm not quite sure if its that though. My aunt however had a dream, she said she saw this little boy about 2 or 3 that looked like JJ but had my coloring. The little boy was in a swing and was yelling mommy cause he got scared and I was the one to respond to that. So she says I'm having a boy for sure. she also brought me a stroller, swing, and play-yard she used with her little boy. It is all so cute!!

I also have pictures of the house. The front room area is a piece at a time because I couldn't get a good one of it all together. We do have a couple of blankets on the couch and the space heater on the floor so don't mind those things.

I don't know why but the pictures are all messed up!! Sorry!!

WhAt A wEeK

So I sure hope everyone had a great Halloween!! We didn't really do anything for Halloween this year, it was just a nice day to relax from the hectic week we had.
We started moving last Saturday, we just took most boxes and bins over Saturday and Sunday. Monday JJ's dad and sister came over and helped us move the big furniture. I also started unpacking that night, and got most the front room area decorated. Tuesday I was frustrated with it all, because it had seemed like we had done so much, but there was still so much to do. We had mostly everything out, but there was still a few things to get, plus all the cleaning. So Wednesday comes and JJ had to open that morning so we were planning on going over to the apartment to finish most of it up. We had taken one of the people he works with home, turn the corner and our car decided to die. I for some bizarre reason could only laugh! We got the car to the shop, and JJ's parents let us borrow their van. We went down to one of the car dealerships in town and looked around. We found a Buick Lesaber that we liked, it was kinda a grandma and grandpa car, but we figured it was more reliable and would be a really good car for when we had the baby. We did go over and started cleaning the apartment and got a good part of it done. Thursday JJ went down and got a loan for the Buick, but when we called the dealership they had already sold it. He went back down to the dealership though, and found a Pontiac Sunfire, that was a good deal, and he liked. So we decided to get that, and luckily it wasn't sold before he got the loan situation fixed. We finished up the apartment that night, and are very pleased because we'll be getting our full deposit back YAY!!
I am so happy that we are finally in our new home. It is so much bigger than our apartment, and feels so much more like a home. We are still in a little bit of mess so I'll post pictures once we have everything done. We don't have the internet at our house yet, so I may not be blogging as much.. We'll see though;)
I am also 14 weeks along!! I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday and should be getting an ultrasound then. I think I am still a few weeks early to find out the sex, but hopefully next time. I will probably post after that with pictures and the updates there.

13 WeEkS aNd ThE mOvE

So I am 13 weeks along...not really anything new this week with the baby. I did learn it will actually be able to hear my voice and the ones around me so thats exciting!!

In this picture it looks like i have a small bump, but I think that was just my pants. There is really not much of a change, I feel like my belly is starting to protrude more but not enough to notice yet.

So we started moving Saturday! Its kinda a pain in the rear. I am so sick of packing, there is alot of little stuff I just don't know what to do with. And I never want to live in an upstairs apartment again!! It will be nice once everything is out though. And we can just be in our new place. I forgot to take my camera today, and the pics I took on my camera sucked so I'll have to post some once I get everything set up. I am hoping to have everything moved on monday and set up before the end of the week.

Oh ChRiStMaS tReE

So I know its only the last part of October, but I am so excited for Christmas. I think its mostly because I should know what I am having by then. I am usually not to excited about Christmas until the week of. Plus I don't like winter, its to cold for me. Anyways, I bought an artificial tree today. I found an awesome deal on walmart.com. I got a 6.5 foot pre-lit tree for $35!! We were thinking just to get a small one but when I saw this I just couldn't pass it up. I am also so excited to be able to decorate for Christmas, all the stores are starting to put out decorations and things and I can't wait to get started. Even though I should be more concerned on how I am going to decorate our new home. It is such a different layout than here so I'm a little concerned about how I'm going to put things. We are going to start moving this weekend, and I'm going to try and get some pictures then!! All I can say is the Lord is looking out for us! Sometimes I feel like I don't know how we are going to afford everything, or how we are going to do things, and yet we always have away to get through it.

Now for the baby stuff......I had to reschedule my appointment yet again!! I will for sure be going on November 3rd. At that time I'll be a few weeks to early to be able to tell the sex. Between 16-20 weeks is when they will be able to tell. So I'm thinking between thanksgiving and the first couple of weeks in December I will hopefully know. If you can't tell I'm super excited:)

12 wEeKs

So 12 weeks is already here!! WOW!! Its looking like I'm gonna have to reschedule my doctors appointment again. My last one was 5 weeks ago and I want so badly to go, but I'll just have to be patient. I'm thinking we should be able to find out what I'm having in 2 appointments. From what I'm told they usually like to wait until your 20 weeks but you might be able to tell before. I am so excited!! My mom was reading me her journal today around the time she had me. It is so funny to hear the things that happened and how similar something are in or lives. Both me and my mom think I am having a boy. JJ doesn't know, but keeps saying its probably a girl where thats all they have in his family. Its funny because when my mom was pregnant with me it was opposite, her thinking I was a girl and my dad positive I was a boy. I was stubborn and wouldn't let them see in the ultrasound so I was a surprise. I'm hoping our baby won't be like its mother and be that stubborn and actually let us see. Either way, boy or girl, I will be thrilled!! And if I could get the morning sickness to go away I would be very content! Everywhere I read and from what my doctor said it should have eased up by week 12, but up until 3 weeks ago I never pucked and now I'm averaging 2-3 times a week, plus side I have dropped a few pounds. I still don't have a bump!!

For pack meeting this month JJ had the scouts decorate pumpkins. Not everyone showed up, so we ended up with three extra. Today I decided to paint them since they were just small, and here is what they look like!!

11 WeEkS

So this is my belly at 11 weeks and 3 days. Still no visible bump and I even lost a couple pounds this week!! I will hopefully be going to the doctor on Tuesday if I get what I'm waiting for in the mail....I'm not counting on it though. This weekend had been the worst for morning sickness, but according to my book and doctor is should start to ease up with in the next few weeks. I can't wait to find out what I'm having and to start getting stuff for it, Both our moms have bought boy outfits for it because my mom thinks thats what I'm having and so do I, but I don't dare buy anything before I know for sure.

PiCnIc At ThE lAke

So Saturday we decided to go upto Mantua for a picnic. It was fun besides that it was freezing!! We grabbed subway on the way there and sat on the beach and ate and just enjoyed being away from home for a little while. There were still some ducks in the lake, but anytime I tried to get a picture they'd go under water. We thought it was crazy because there was a guy out in the lake water skiing, when we were there in July the water was cold, I don't think I'd be able to handle it right now. I love Mantua though, its so pretty up there and were it was cold, there was hardly anyone there, so it was quite. When we usually go out its just to the movies or dinner and I wanted to do something different, and my wonderful husband made that possible. Here are some pictures we took while we were there.

I love it!!

J.J.'s hands on my belly like always

We were meaning to look down at the baby but I guess both blinked at the same time.

BuMmEr

So this week I have been a little bit bummed out. I had to move my doctor's appointment back to the 20th, because of stupid insurance. I know it'll probably go by fast, but I just want to know everything is ok. I have been feeling like something is growing inside me, since my tummy is tight and sometimes crampy. So I guess thats a good sign!! I'm just impatient I guess, I want to see my baby again!! I'm such a worry wart and don't know why I am with this. I just want my baby to be healthy and to do everything I can to make it that way. They told me once you see the heartbeat you have less than a 2% chance of miscarrying, and then at 14 weeks its suppose to be an even better sign, but I know alot of people who have miscarried on their first pregnancy and I guess thats what makes me so nervous. I guess I just need to relax!!! And I'm hoping once the placenta starts taking over the hormones for the baby, I'll start to be a little bit more of my regular self. Its so weird my moods change so fast and sometimes I don't know why I feel the way I do. Which could explain this post!! Sorry if it seems like I'm complaining I don't mean to, just something that might happen a few times in the next 7 months or so;)

10 WeEks!!

So as of today I am 10 weeks along. Not much different than the other weeks. I am starting to feel bigger, I can't tell if I am or if its all in my head, but oh well.

We'Re MoViNg & CoNfErEnCe

So it won't happen for a month or so but yes we are moving. Not very far away though! There is a lady in our old ward that has a little one bedroom house that we have decided to take. The kitchen is so much bigger, which was pretty much the seller point for me!! I can't wait to have a big kitchen, mine right now is so small and there just isn't enough room for everything. The bedroom and living room area are long and narrow rooms so that is going to be my project to figure out how to decorate. It also has an attic, YAY because now we won't have to have our stuff everywhere. We will also have the baby in our room with us which I don't mind because I'm gonna want it close for the first little while. And its kinda one of those house's you can't judge from the outside, its older but I love it!! I'm so excited to get outof our apartment, I mean the landlord is great but the neighbors are kinda questionable and alot of them smoke, which I don't want my baby to be around. I will post pictures as soon as I get some.

Also I am still in shock!! I can't believe Brigham City is getting a Temple!! We already have 2 temples with in a half hour or so which was a blessing enough, but now to only have one 10 minutes away, WOW!! All day we have been trying to figure out where it will be, but we are just going to wait and see. I am so very grateful for Conference and the chance to hear from the Apostles and Prophet. It always makes me more grateful for the things I have and the life I live. I know I take things for granite all the time, and don't always realize how much I owe to the Lord. I'm also not very good with names, but in the second session, there was a talk about the roles of parents in their children's lives. He was talking about where to draw lines with different circumstances and he then said, "That a parents role and influence in a child's life is the most valuable and important thing." I might be a little off the exact quote! But that statement really hit me. And as I got thinking about my childhood I did notice how all my memories I have are with my parents, good or bad!! Most of the memories it was me learning some sort of lesson, and my parents did do a good job of raising us. We moved a lot when I was younger, which I sometimes hated, but I know realize what a blessing it was for me. And I am starting to see all the things my parents sacrificed for our family. Our life hasn't been easy, that's for sure, but it has been a great one at that. My parents are still a very important part of my life. I can only hope I can raise my kids as good as they raised us, and that I always am close to my kids and that they can trust me. I am so thankful that the Lord has given me the chance to be a mom, and that he trust me enough with one of his special little spirits. It is such a great blessing to me.

JJ's BiRtHdAy

So today is my dear hubby's birthday! Unfortunately I have been sick today, so he has been taking care of me more than I have been taking care of him. He is so amazing. So we started the day by opening present and then his dad took us out to JC's. We then went over to Logan so he could get some new shoes, we headed home because misses preggo has to feel sick!! I then finished his cake and we are now just watching Smallville and after going over to my parents to share the cake with them. I decided to do spiderman theme, its always been an inside joke because I like batman and he likes spiderman.

His box of Present.
JJ with his spiderman cake I tried my best to decorate!

SiX mOnThS & nInE wEeKs

So we have been married for 6 months as of Sunday! It sure doesn't seem like that long ago. We have decided since we kept our top layer of cake we are probably going to dig into that at some point soon. I don't think it'll stay good till March. We honestly didn't even realize until today it had been 6 months. But it sure has been a great 6 months, and hopefully the next 6 will be just as great!

I also am 9 weeks along. Even though I'm having more of the signs that I'm 10 but oh well. In the book I have it says that week 9 is usually the worst as far as the nausea goes. And that would explain last week. I didn't have one day where I wasn't sick, and I even threw up on Wednesday and that wasn't fun at all. i have been so happy because I haven't been sick hardly at all today.

Yay! Nine weeks and no bump:)

mY nEw ChAiR

So we decided that we wanted to get a rocker/glider chair so we could rock the baby once it gets here. Well a few weeks ago we were in Shopko and JJ fell into one there, and fell in love with it!! So last week we were going through the adds and saw it on sale for $90. So we went down and they didn't have it in stock, but we got a raincheck for it. I had never realized how much we were saving on it till we went to get it yesterday. It is regularly $240 we saved $150 on it, I was so thankful we had gotten the raincheck. Here is what it looks like! And it is the most comfortable thing I have ever sat in.

Also here is my tummy at the true 8 week mark I guess. Time seems to be going so slow for me...and then I look at other people and it seems the weeks are flying by. Oh well I guess, one day I'm probably going to wish time moved slower.

We also went over to Logan yesterday, and I went into Micheal's to price somethings, and to get a certain cake pan for JJ's birthday, and I found the cutest transfer for a T-shirt. So I got it and once I start feeling it move and kick I'll wear it;)

DoCtOr'S aPpOiNtMeNt

So friday I had my first OB visit. I got to see the baby and hear the heartbeat!! It was so awesome. I think thats when it hit me I actually have something growing inside me. Everything looks well and the baby is healthy so far. My doctor said once you see the heart beat there's only a 2% chance of miscarriage. I sure hope and pray thats true and that I'm not part of that 2%. To my dismay, the baby only measured as being 7 weeks and 4 days. Putting me a week and a half behind where I thought I was. I however still believe I'm further along just because of dates. But we will see in three weeks when I go in again, how long it measures and if I'm still behind then I'll believe it. They gave me a due date of either April 22nd, or May 4th (first one according to dates, the other by measurements). Here is the best ultrasound picture of the 3 we got. This one is still blurry and you can just see the grey blog. But in the actual picture, and if you have the eye to look at ultrasound pics, you can see the face of our baby!!
Isn't it the cutest little thing?? ;)

ReFleCtIoNs

So today has been a day of reflection for me. It was a year ago today JJ and I started dating. And just realizing how much as changed and everything that has happened seems so crazy. I can honestly say a year ago I wouldn't have ever thought I would be married and having a baby!! Its so weird to look back on the things that have happened and realize how much life has changed in 12 short months. It seems like such a long time and then not. I am so grateful that this year has been the way it has. You might not think you are ready for things, but the Lord sometimes shows us we actually are. I remember when JJ and I first got talking about where things were going to go for us and praying to see if it was right, and the emotions that ran through me and the time. I couldn't ask for a better person to spend all eternity with!! You hear woman all the time saying how great and wonderful there boyfriends or husbands are, and I'm sure they are, but JJ is such the right fit and the right guy for me.
Everyone has always told me how the first year is always the hardest, I know we are only half way through it, but it honestly hasn't been hard!! And in all honesty we really haven't fought at all, unless we're kidding around. Yes there has been things we want to change and things we have asked the other one not to do, but that's just living with someone.

I am so happy to be having a baby also. Its so amazing how is so small and yet how much you can love it! JJ is always rubs my tummy, and makes sure he tells me and the baby how much he loves us before we go to bed. He is going to be such a great dad!! He knows when I'm not feeling well and won't leave my side until I do feel better. He's always wanting to do things for me and puts up with so much and I'm so grateful for that! I have my first OB appointment tomorrow, and we were kinda let down because they told us JJ could come in with me because of their H1N1 precautions. But he is still going to drive me down and wait in the lobby for me. I'm hoping for an ultrasound, but I guess we'll see.

So my other pictures you can hardly tell what they are of, so here are some better shots!! Here is my tummy at 8 weeks and 3 days:)

I had my computer on me when I took the picture. So don't mind it.

EiGhT wEeKs

Ok so here is my eight week picture!! Still not much different than the other two:) And I'm glad! According to the one website I read, its only about the size of a large raspberry. And something fun, my aunt told be to get on and go to the chinesse baby calendar and it predicts what you are having. She said it was right with all of her kids, it does say it has been proven 90% accurate lol. But anyways when I got on it said we were having a boy! So I guess we will see in a few weeks. I do feel like we are having a boy though, but if it turns out to be a girl I'd be thrilled too:)

Ok so to start off with it has been one crazy month. First with the news of the baby, grandmas knee replacement, sisters visiting from cali. amongst other things! So in this post I don't wanna talk to much about my pregnancy. I think I've been alittle over board lately. There will be an eight weeks picture coming soon, I just haven't wanted to take a picture yet.
So alittle over 2 weeks ago my grandma had her knee replaced. We were very grateful that she got to have it since it had been killing her for over a year now. She's recovering now, and doing pretty well. The swelling and brusing has went away alot, even though she'll deal with the swelling for over a year. However, she did some how overdose on VitaminD. She's been staying with my aunt, and they though she was suppose to take her VitaminD shot everyday, when it was suppose to be ever week. It didn't do to much to effect her it just intensifys the pain. She is getting along very well though, and will probably be home in a couple of weeks.
JJ's sisters that live out in California came out this week to visit. Debbie is having a baby in January, so we had a shower for her this weekend. It was alot of fun, and we played some really fun games. She is having a little girl and is planning on naming it Madeline Kate (not sure on the spelling) We were so happy they came out and that we got to see and spend time with them!!
I also had the first YW volleyball game this past week. It sure has been a fun experience! We won our game, which was a shock for me since I hadn't held a practice yet. The girls did a really good job, and I enjoyed watching them!!
And I have to write about my little brothers football game this weekend! So in his age group there are two BR teams, and they played each other. Well the other team give his team crap all the time. Fridays at school they were saying how no one who wasn't a "white jersey" could sit with them at lunch, and how they were going to kill them in the game. And talk about an intense game!! Our team ended up winning 14-12, so now they have the bragging rights. YAY!! I know most of you won't care about this, but with the history with these two teams it was exciting for those involved:)
Anyways it seems time is just flying by with everything going on lately. And then at times not so fast but I think thats just the pregnancy talking!! We are just so thankful for everything in our life right now, and the experiences we have. The Lord has blessed us so much, and I don't know what we would do without the gospel in our lives!

DoCtOr'S

Ok so I am just wondering if any one knows of a Doctor I could call just to ask some questions! I might just be over thinking things, but I would just like to know some answers to my questions. When I went to my family doctor, they gave me to his aide and she wasn't much help. And people are telling me not to go to an OB till I'm about 12 weeks. But I'm not sure if I'm 6 weeks or 10 weeks. So if anyone knows a Doctor or someone that knows alot about this type of thing please let me know!! Thanks

Oh ThE jOyS

So I have been very lucky to have not pucked yet! But lets just say everything else has sure hit me. CrAmPs, NaUsA, cRaViNgS, bLoAtEd, SwOlLeN, eXhAuStIoN, and worst of all I've even gained alittle weight thanks to the way I've been eating. But I guess these are just some of the wonderful things I get to go through in the next few months! Its also very interesting when you find out your pregnant how things change and the things you notice more. I knew I was emotional before I knew I was pregnant, but now I notice everytime I'm ornery or bally. I also get the laughs over the stupidest things. JJ was trying to kill a fly last night and instead of getting the fly swatter he was trying to get it with his hand! It was so funny to watch him, and of course I made fun of him. "Concentrate Hard!!" as he was trying so hard to watch where it was flying to! He has tried to make me the most comfortable even though I might bite his head off at times.
I'm just going to say I hate Cravings!! I've worked my butt of to lose weight for the past few months, and the cravings hit and I lose all control of my eating! URG... but now that I'm finally getting upset over it hopefully it'll make it easier to realize I can't have as much of things as I have been! My friend Donna gave me some really good advice on just having a little of something and drinking lots of water while you eat! And I need to do that because I know I have been dehydrated lately. I can't let myself think I can really eat for two!
I am so happy I have friends and family members that I can talk to about all of this though and some that are even pregnant! It sure helps out alot knowing how other people feel or what they went through.
I am horribly excited about it though! Everyone keeps asking what we are hoping it will be? And I honestly will be happy either way! I do think however think mostly everyone else wants it to be a boy! I know JJ does and my brothers sure want it to be too! I'm thinking if what the doctor told me is right and I'm 6 weeks now, I should be able to find out what we are having around Christmas, if its not stubborn like its mom. I am very happy to be having a baby though, and grateful the Lord trust me enough to let me have one! I don't know if its hit me quite yet that I really have something growing inside of me. I've been trying my hardest not to stress about things, because lets face it JJ and I aren't in the best possible situation for having a baby. But we know we will have things figure out by the time it gets here.

OnE oF oUr FiRsT aNnIvErSaRiEs

Ok so this may be really silly, but yesterday was the one year mark of the day we first met! LOL When it comes to dates i usually remember everything!!! So how did we meet?? Well J.J. had a gamenight at his parents house last year and one of my friends had decided to invite me, since I was home for the weekend. Now if you know the history before, its kinda funny! His mom before he was home was telling me how she had a son on a mission and wanted us to date when he got home and had written him about me! So when I introduced myself, it was like a light went off in his head:) I was nervous anyways because I was so not looking to get married and kinda got the feeling thats what he was feeling for. Not to mention I broke up with my ex that same day LOL.
We talked for a bit that day and then became friends on facebook and and started talking alot!! I moved home about a week and ahalf after this party. We started to have mare gamenights over in Logan since ppl moved over there for school. i was lso dating a few guys when i got home which he gave me crap over all the time, but he eventually asked me out! Which I'm sure I'll blog about here in a few weeks:) Wow how I can't believe how things have changed in year!! But its all been for the best, and I'm sure grateful it all has happened!! I love JJ so much and its wierd how our baby isn't even an inch and yet I love it sooo much! I don't know what i would do without JJ and all he does for me, he's the best! I sure hope he can put up with me for the next few months;)

WoW hOw ThInGs CaN cHaNgE!!

Ok so after my last post, this is completely the opposite!! I'm Pregnant!!! Not sure how you can shrink cup sizes when your PREGGERS!! So here's the story! I started to not feel very well last week and when I got thinking about it I was LATE! So I decided well lets just wait it out and if by monday I don't feel better or start I'll test. Well nothing changed and then monday came and I was so sick! So that night we decided to go out to a movie, and we stopped at the dollar store and bought a couple of their pregnancy test. (Sorry I'm not going to pay $7 at walmart, for a stick you pee on) Anyways after we got home, I went and did my buisness and sure enough the two lines came in! So I walk out and give JJ the test. "What does this mean?" so I hand him the box, " Well looks like we're having a baby!" So we then had a ton of emotions run right through us. And of course I started to cry. We weren't quite planning on this quite yet, but I guess this is what the Lord wants, so I won't complain. Now along with the excitement of it, has come the nausa and a little cramping but even more so the exhaustion!! I've been so tired, and I get quite nausous over nothing LOL. But I'm just at the beginning of it so I'm sure I have alot more to go through. I am so excited though as you can probably tell by my blog!!

a B? Really???

Ok so this post may seem a little strange to some of you! Most of ya know I have been dieting for a few months. I have enjoyed it and the results, well most of them!! Back in April we had gotten a scale with one of our gift cards we got from the wedding. And lets just say I wasn't happy with the scale and tried to avoid it for awhile. Well finally in June I decided I needed to do something about it. Lets just say I put on a few pounds before the wedding, but i sure blossomed after it. I wasn't at the heaviest I had been about 4 years ago but pretty darn close. During the last few years of high school I dropped about 20-30lbs, and then when I lived in provo last summer I lost a bit more, and at one point I was at the littlest I had been in quite a few years. Now I finally weigh what I did about a year ago when I first moved back to Tremonton, not quite my littlest from last year. I have lost two dress sizes, and fit back into all my cute clothes:) I still have quite a ways to go to hit my goal. So as everything has been getting to big and really lose so has my bra's. Little had I realized how lose they were getting. So today I decided I probably needed to get a new bra, since mine just weren't fitting right, so I decided to measure. I was shocked!! Last year even at my smallest I was a 36C, I weigh about 7lbs more right now than I did then and am a 34B. I don't get it!!! I haven't been this small in that area since I was like 13 or 14. And its not like I'm excersising any differently as I was last year. I just don't believe it. By the time I get down to my goal I'm gonna have to get a freakin' training bra!! Anyways as you can tell I'm shocked and wowed by that little fact. I just hope weight will start coming off other areas now! I know this is kinda weird to blog about, but WOW!!

JoUrNaLs

So the other day I decided to get my journals out so I could compile all of the ones from this past year to put them in the same book! I really needed to because I realized I had been slacking too! I hadn't wrote in it since the wedding. Anyways I can see why they tell you to keep journals though. I went back through all of mine and read about all of the many thing I had wrote about. Some of which made me cry. But alot just made me laugh! It was so fun to remember all the things hat have happened and how I've grown up. It made me realize how blessed I am as well. Some of the things I use to think were so tough I saw how they really weren't and what they taught me later. I laughed so hard when I would talk about guys,, and how much I liked them, and now I don't! Its so funny to see how life changes and how you realize things.
I think the things I liked the most though were the spiritual experiences. I loved to go back and read those. Even reading the things that happened when I took my endowments out or our wedding was such a nice reminder of things. I couldn't believe how much I had forgotten, in just 41/2 short months. I also loved going back through the times when me and J.J. were dating and remembering all the feelings and the excitement I had back then. And it was fun to talk to him about them to. I even had my Seminary Journals!! Now alot of those just had doodles in them :s But I did find alot of good quotes and messages from lessons.
I am so happy that I was able to go back and remember some of the things that happened in my life. I am not the best at keeping Journals though, but the times I have written down sure cheered me up, and made me realize alot! Mostly that when you are going through a hard time, something good always comes from it. It also strengthened my testimony not only about keeping journals, but that the Lord and our Heavenly Father are always watching over us and know what we are feeling and dealing with. I am so grateful for them, and all they have given me.

UpDaTe

Ok so lets start off with the not so good news...I yet again ruined another car!! You know the one I just fixed 2 months ago, that we spent $600 to get fixed!!! Last weekend I was on my way to my grandma's when I heard a rattleing noise, I started to slow down and then it just died! Luckily I was near the rest area and coasted into it. My aunt then came and got me. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. My tempature gages where fine and no smoke, so I figured it wasn't over heated, there was oil in it, the battery was working. All I could think was the starter, but that shouldn't cause my car to die! So maybe the altenator?? Well J.J. came and got me later that day and we came home, and went to dinner with some of our friends. That was alot of fun, since we haven't seen some of them since the wedding. So the next day we went to tow the car back here. My dad tried to figure what was wrong with it to, but yet again in wasn't making any sence. And lets just say I will never again tow a car with my Dad towing and J.J. being towed! it was horrifying!! I was terrified the whole way home. So we then took it to the shop, and found out earlier today that the engine is shot, and most likely the transmission too!! I am so not happy!! I've been a wreck all day. But I guess these are jusst some of the things you have to go through in life.
Anyways, not to much else has been going on lately. I have been helping the football team out a little bit! Which it is different from what it was in high school, but its something for me to do with my nights! The job hunt is still same old same old! And as far as school for me, I think I'm actually going to try and get into the Surgical Tech. Program at Davis Applied Technology College. But now with out two cars we'll have to see if there is any way to work this out.
Colton also got made an Elder last week! I can't believe he'll be leaving on a mission as soon as April. I am so proud of him for being the kind of person he is. We have never gotten along very well, but its been better lately. My grandparents came down and so did a few of my uncles so it was nice to see everyone for a little while.
Other than that life has just been the regular stuff!

CaLiFoRnIa

So last Thursday we left for California! we went out to See J.J.'s Grandparents and Sister's. WE had about a 10 hour drive there and back, but it was alot of fun. We didn't do much while we were out there, but it was so nice just to be able to relax and be away. We did get to go to the Sacramento Temple while we were out there. It is so Beautiful, inside and out. It was kinda cool to go to a temple outside of Utah. I have only been to 3 differnet temples for endowment sesions so it was cool to go to one outside of Utah. While we were ther we got to go swimming in his granparents pool which we had a ton of fun doing. Their neighbors also have some donkeys we'd walk down and see and pet. For alot of things I forgot my camera so I don't have alot of pictures:(
I had never been to Northern California before so it was so neat to see it. It is quite differnt than Southern Cali. There isn't as many palm trees around and there is just a different feel. It is so pretty though. I loved the drive once we got to cali and then again on the way back. The hills are just filled with pretty green trees and just gorgeous scenery. I couldn't believe how pretty it was.

I also got to meet alot more of the family while I was out there. It was alot of fun getting to see everyone and to sit and talk. We were also very happy to see Debbie and Cody, and now Allie is out there so it was good to see her too. Debbie is 16 weeks into her pregnancy and is starting to show, she was so cute with her baby bump. She'll find out what she's having on the 10th so we are very excited. We also got to go see their house. They are remodeling the whole thing and it is looking great. Cody is doing all of it and he has done such a great job on it. I realized on Sunday night that Allie wasn't coming home lol it hadn't really hit me she was gone until that night. I told J.J. its going to be wierd not having her around on Sundays.

I also found out on Sunday that my brother met with the bishop on sunday and they are going to gt things ready for him to become an Elder for next Stake Conference. Its so weird how time flies!! He shouldn't be old enough to be getting ready to go on a mission. He'll be able to put his papers in the first part of January! I'm so glad he is so steadfast in this decision to go its just so wierd to think I have a brother that will be that old.

I have also started a blog for my Jewelry. The address is www.jewelrybuggie.blogspot.com i'm trying to sell the things I have made so if your interested you can visit there and look to see if you like any of it. I also have a fan page on Facebook so become a FAN!!
