J.J. and I met in August 2008. I was home visiting for the weekend and a few of my friends were getting together and we ended up at J.J.'s house to play games. After that we became friends and I ended up moving home in September. Soon after moving home J.J. asked me out on our first date which was September 17th. We really hit it off and within a month JJ was already hinting at marriage.
He purposed December 2nd which will be a night I will never forget!
After a couple of months of wedding planning we were sealed in the Logan LDS Temple for time and all eternity on March 27th, 2009. One of the greatest blessings of that day was our sealer told us there were people in the room from the other side some of which we knew that had past on, but also among them were our future kids!
Little did we know just how soon we would be meeting one of them. We found out August 24th 2009 that I was pregnant. We were blessed with a handsome baby boy on April 16th 2010, who we named Kyler. He immediately filled our lives with so much joy and love. He is definitely all boy full of energy with absolutely no fear, and very obsessed with basketball.
He made us love being parents, so we decided to try for another baby. Unfortunately I lost the baby at 10 weeks gestation, but we didn't give up hope and tried as soon as we could for another.
That following November we were blessed with the news we were again pregnant. We again were blessed with another little boy on July 17th 2012, who's name is Xander. Our love doubled that day as he entered our family. He is just the sweetest little boy and constantly has a smile on his face.
We feel very blessed and grateful to have these two handsome miracles in our lives. Its the most amazing feeling to watch them grow and the love they have for one another. For now we are just enjoying our lives and trying to not let time pass us by to quickly!
