CaLiFoRnIa

So last Thursday we left for California! we went out to See J.J.'s Grandparents and Sister's. WE had about a 10 hour drive there and back, but it was alot of fun. We didn't do much while we were out there, but it was so nice just to be able to relax and be away. We did get to go to the Sacramento Temple while we were out there. It is so Beautiful, inside and out. It was kinda cool to go to a temple outside of Utah. I have only been to 3 differnet temples for endowment sesions so it was cool to go to one outside of Utah. While we were ther we got to go swimming in his granparents pool which we had a ton of fun doing. Their neighbors also have some donkeys we'd walk down and see and pet. For alot of things I forgot my camera so I don't have alot of pictures:(
I had never been to Northern California before so it was so neat to see it. It is quite differnt than Southern Cali. There isn't as many palm trees around and there is just a different feel. It is so pretty though. I loved the drive once we got to cali and then again on the way back. The hills are just filled with pretty green trees and just gorgeous scenery. I couldn't believe how pretty it was.

I also got to meet alot more of the family while I was out there. It was alot of fun getting to see everyone and to sit and talk. We were also very happy to see Debbie and Cody, and now Allie is out there so it was good to see her too. Debbie is 16 weeks into her pregnancy and is starting to show, she was so cute with her baby bump. She'll find out what she's having on the 10th so we are very excited. We also got to go see their house. They are remodeling the whole thing and it is looking great. Cody is doing all of it and he has done such a great job on it. I realized on Sunday night that Allie wasn't coming home lol it hadn't really hit me she was gone until that night. I told J.J. its going to be wierd not having her around on Sundays.

I also found out on Sunday that my brother met with the bishop on sunday and they are going to gt things ready for him to become an Elder for next Stake Conference. Its so weird how time flies!! He shouldn't be old enough to be getting ready to go on a mission. He'll be able to put his papers in the first part of January! I'm so glad he is so steadfast in this decision to go its just so wierd to think I have a brother that will be that old.

I have also started a blog for my Jewelry. The address is www.jewelrybuggie.blogspot.com i'm trying to sell the things I have made so if your interested you can visit there and look to see if you like any of it. I also have a fan page on Facebook so become a FAN!!

TiPpEr & NiKkI's WeDdInG

So yesterday J.J.'s cousin Tipper got married. They were sealed at the Mt. Timpanogus temple in American Fork. It was a beautiful sealing and they both were so beautiful. It was the first temple wedding I had attended since our own and it was awesome. It reminded me alot of the things in our sealing and there was alot of advice the sealer gave to them that works for anyone who is married. It was such a great experience for anyone who was there. They came out of the temple a little later and looked amazing!! I loved her dress and the colors she picked, and I liked even more that he was in a brown Tux. It was something I hadn't seen before and it looked so good with her sashes and hair barettes. So after a few pictures we left and went down into provo to see J.J.'s other aunt and uncle. We caught up with them for awhle and then went to the wedding luncheon. They had it at a restaurant called the Blue Lemon. I loved the inside of it and how they had it all decorated. As for the food it was ok. It was different than the food I normally eat but it wasn't to bad, I just got full very fast. It was a very good luncheon and even funny at times. I thought it was nest because the resturant even played a dvd of the two of them through out the luncheon, it was alot of fun to see all of their different pictures! We didn't make it to the reception but the whole day had been beautiful and great so I'm sure that was as well. We are so happy for them! Tipper has been like a brother to J.J. growing up and Nikki is such a great and nice girl! And we wish them the best of luck in the future!

Here are a few pictures from it:

Great Grandma Dudley Lisonbee

We found out on Sunday night that my Great Grandma had past away. I believe she was 89 years old, and she will be missed so much. I am so glad to be apart of the church and to know that we will be able to see the ones we love on the other side. She is in a much better place now. She has been dealing with health problems for a very long time, and I'm glad to know she is no longer in the pain or suffering she was going through here on earth. I will miss her so much. When we were younger I always remember going out and seeing her and she'd take us out to look and feed the horses, or give us pennys to get m&m's out of her candy machine thing. I also have many other memories of her, and the things we use to do when we went to see her. I will miss her very much, but is happy she is no longer in pain:)

Yesterday we went to Mantua, with J.J.'s family! It was so much fun. His parents own 2 wave-runners, and it was my first time being on one, from what I can remember. So we get one the one and it stopped running right as we got outside of the booies. So we had to have Nic pull us in. We then got on the other one, and didn't have any problems on it. I was a little nervous because I wasn't to sure on what to expect. But it was so much fun! After a few minutes of being out in the lake we went back to shore and played with our nieces. They had lifejackets on and it was so fun to see them play in the water. So a little later we got back on the wave-runner again and got out quite aways and my lovely husband decided to turn really sharp. Well I started to fly off of it, but before I did I grabbed on to J.J.'s life jacket and brought him in the water with me. My head had went under water and I shallowed abunch of the nasty water:s But when I came up I felt like I couldn't breath, plus I can't swim so I was kinda freaking out. Thank goodness for lifejackets, and my hubby that kept me calm. Luckily the wave-runner didn't roll over and we were able to get to it and get back on! Other than that it was a blast. It was such a nice day and it wasn't very hot at all. I wish I had gotten some pictures but I had left my phone in the car, so no pictures this time:( We also came home and got cleaned up and then went to Transformers. And that is sure intense, but it was so good! I loved the first one but this one one I think was even better. So as you can tell yesterday was a very fun filled day!!

My NeW lOvE

Ok so I was recently introduced to Sephora make-up! Last week I got on their website and started to look at everything that they have. And found that most of it was pretty pricey, but there was somethings that were very reasonable. I've been looking for alot of waterproof makeup for summer, and as I was searching their website, I found a make-up setter. What it does is it acts as a invisible shield over your make-up to make it last longer and to make it some what waterproof. I was kinda spectical about it but it does actually work quite well. I haven't tried it in water yet, and it wouldn't suprise me if it doesnt work as well then. But as for being out in the hot weather, and even at times when I am excersising my make-up last a lot longer than it use to.
I also got a few other things but the thing I was most surprised with was a sample they were giving with each purchase. It was the bareMinerals matte foundation. Its new and not available yet, but they were giving samples out for people to try! I have always been reluctent sbout mineral make-up because I didn't see how it would cover. I even had a friend who had gotten some once and I didn't think it covered at all, I think she had gotten some other brand though. Anyways I tried the foundation the day I got it and absolutley LOVED it! I couldn't believe how well it looked and felt! I was completely shocked. I have always had a problem with make-up lines and the color not matching my skin. With this there was no lines and it matched my skin so well!! Now I'm not one to go out and spend alot of money on make-up though. I don't see the point on paying tons of money for something your going to wash off later. I do however like to look nice though. So being my cheap self I went to walmart and got looking at the mineral make-ups. And again alot of them were so high in price. I needed mu concealor so I went to get it and found that the same brand carried mineral make-up. I was so excited! I got their loose powder foundation as well as their pressed foundation powder and I got their bronzer which I use for blush. I purchased all of these for less than one product of all the other brands, and these ones came with the free brushes. I was a little hesitant because it was so cheap, but I love their concealor stick and it works so well so I figured I'd just try it. I am so happy I did. I honestly feel that its just as good as the bareMinerals, it looks the same and feels the same. To give you an idea on the prices. Sephora sells the bareMinerals kit for $60 but it says its a $174 value, it includes 2 foundations, mineral viel(powder), all-over face color(blush), 3 brushes, and Sephora gives you the dvd, and primer. Now at Walmart I can get the N.Y.C. cover stick(not mineral but I use to cover up blemishes), loose powder foundation, pressed foundation, powder, blush, brushes, and I can even throw in my mosturizer(use as a primer) and I get this all for $20 dollars and that's for twice as much make-up!! This will also last me for a good 6-8 weeks if not longer, and the moisterizer will last me for alot longer than that, I have had this tube of moisturizer for a good 8 months and still have half of it left and I use it daily.
Now I'm not putting the bareMineral brand down at all. Because it does work very well, and looks amazing. But for me its just a little pricey. Asfor Sephora I will be get more things from there. I love the make-up setter I got!! Anyways I'd just thought I'd share my new find, and love!

I've been having to use my phone camera, and its not good quality, as you can tell. If anyone would like any of these or something like it, let me know!!

ThE fOrTh Of JuLy

So yesterday was the day of country celebrates its freedom:) And what a fun day it was! We went up to Malad, Id. to my grandma's house. They have a big parade up there in the morning that all the kids enjoy. I remember as a little kid always wanting to go up there just for the parade. And this year was J.J.'s first year going to it! I think he was more excited to get the candy then my little cousins were. He ended up giving all the candy to them, but it was alot of fun. He even at one point did a candy cheer!! He always makes things so fun, and is always making me laugh which I love. We then walked back up to my grandma's house and J.J. and Rhett got playing around. It was so hilarious. J.J. was throwing him around and picking him up. We then went to the ball park were they have a softball tournament. My uncle and two cousins play in it, my one cousin is on a different team than the other two. Its kinda fun to watch but can kinda get old after a few games. We also got very sunburned! Both of there teams lost before the campionship though, and once the both lost we left and headed back to Tremonton. We then went over to J.J.'s parents house, and enjoyed the warm weather. I only got a picture of our one niece though! But they are all so cute. Once it started to get darker we lit some fireworks. J.J. had been blowing up firecrackers since we had got there, which got the girls alittle use to the noise, but they weren't quite ready for some of the bigger ones. The youngest started to cry, but soon got use to it and enjoyed it. It was so fun to see thier faces when the fireworks would go on. It made it so much more fun. It got me thinking to when I was younger and we would do the samething at my grandparents house, and how much I loved it. I really miss those days, but its also fun to be one of the grownups and see how excited the kids get:)

Beating up on the little bro.
