Little Things
Since I'm in a grumpy mood today I though maybe I'd post about all the things that made me happy over the past weekend. A lot of those thing being things I usually don't think about and sometimes even complain about, or just grateful for, and some just might be rambling...sorry in advance!
The first being insurance! I can't express enough how thankful I am to be covered by the company we are. They have made the financial part of this pregnancy so much easier and less stressful. The hospital had me meet with a lady my second appointment that went over all the charges but it pretty much went right over my head and she was in a rush so I really didn't understand it all. So I have been nervous over what the cost is going to be at the end. That lady had told me we were going to need to pay for the ultrasounds I had and co-pays, well come to find out our insurance covered all of that! I then got a call on Friday to pre-register at the hospital. He answered all my questions about the cost of it all and went over what the insurance covers. I'm so so grateful to have gotten that call, I feel like I've had a little weight taken off my shoulders! He told me a c-section, and this is just for the procedure, at Logan Regional before insurance runs about $10,000. And then to hear we'd only be paying a very small fraction of that makes me feel so blessed!!
Another thing I have been so thankful for lately has been naps, and that Kyler has also been taking them! The baby has decided to settle against my back and it has been very difficult to try and find a position to sleep in that doesn't put me in some sort of pain. This has led to me taking lot of naps during the day. Kyler has been so good and will go down for about 2 hours and its just what I need to not be a cranky monster all day.
Also with Kyler I have been thankful because he had been so happy and silly until today. He hardly had any meltdowns except when he would wake up from a nap. When we would go for rides he would blow kisses out the window to everything and say in his little way that he does "see ya later." Or when one of his shows is over he will wave bye-bye to the characters. It just makes me smile when he does cute little things like that.
I'm also happy to only have 10 weeks at the most before our new little guy is here! I started packing my bag for the hospital today and just can't believe it. I can't wait to have him here and be able to snuggle him. I love feeling him kick even though it can be painful depending on where he kicks, but its so fun to actually be able to see my belly move when he kicks or moves around. I've kinda complained about him having his days and nights mixed up but I've liked it lately because it gives me time just to sit and enjoy him with out all the hustle and bustle of the day.
I'm so excited for my brother Colton to get home in a couple of weeks. It will be so nice to get to actually see him and here all his stories. JJ is lucky enough at work to have seniority for when they have there slow time to be able to chose whether he wants to stay or not. This is their slow time and he will usually stay, my dad on the other hand isn't quite as lucky. Due to that they have been struggling with trying to get Derek ready to go with all the stuff he needs. We surprised them and him on his birthday Friday with the 2 pairs of shoes he wanted and needed, towels, bedding, a few pairs of slacks, some shirts and ties. It was so nice to see a smile come on his face when he opened the box! I just wish I would have had my camera to snap some pictures of it. I was grateful to JJ for wanting to get him all of it, and that we could help him get ready to go. I can't believe he is old enough to be going on a mission! He has always been the "angle child" in the family and we will all miss him so much, but know he is going to be an awesome missionary!
I'm looking so forward to this weekend and just wish it was here already! I can't wait to go and do all the fun things we have planned. It will be a great way to spend my birthday and mother's day....I'll post on that once it gets here!

Welcome Baby Abby!
JJ's sister Debbie had her second little girl yesterday. She came 4 weeks early, Debbie hadn't felt her move for a while and got into the doctor. The doctor said that something was up and that they needed to take her so they induced her. They found that she had the cord wrapped around her neck and that the cord had a knot in it as well. Needless to say we were very lucky that she is ok! She weighed 5 pounds 8 onces and is 19 inches long:) We are so happy she is here and healthy and can't wait to meet her!!!

Into the 3rd Trimester
We are officially into the third trimester! I'm now 28 weeks along, and only 11 weeks till he is here, that is if all goes as planned!I had my doctors appointment today and everything looks good, and his heartbeat is strong. He is growing very well to, with how my belly is starting to pop out further and further! Its crazy to think that in a little over 2 months this little guy will be here:) I think we about have everything ready for him to be too. His dresser is stocked full of clothes, we have plenty of diapers, we have all the bedding and mattress for the crib, all that's left is to put the crib together. I think we may have a little issue with Kyler thinking everything is his already! I was putting some bibs and socks in one of the drawers for the baby and he picked up a pair of newborn sandals and kept trying to put them on his feet and getting mad when I told him they were for baby brother. JJ will also ask him if he is going to share some of his toys with baby brother and he will shake his head no. So I'm thinking we may have a problem starting up, hopefully it won't be to bad. Here is my belly picture for 28 weeks though, like I said he's popping out more and more!

Sunday Fun
Today we had some fun outside, yet again. We had lunch over at my parents house and Kyler just loves it over there. As I have said before he loves Basketball and it is his new obsession. He is even saying Basket!! Anytime he sees any type of hoop he points to it and says basket. Today he wanted to go outside and play after lunch so grandpa and Rhett took him out to play. Of course all he wanted to do was shoot hoops. They were kind enough to even lift him up to the big hoop and let him shoot the ball in!
After we dropped off JJ at work we went out to our backyard to play. JJ found him a new sprinkler that he just had to get him...he thankfully likes this one!! It did take him a minute to warm upto it but once he figured out how to put the balls in it and have it squirt them out he was in love and would laugh at it. We then got a call from JJ saying he didn't have to work tonight and went and got him. After that Kyler wasn't so into the sprinkler as again playing basketball with dad and hammering things in his little cabin and riding his scooter. Here are some pictures of him playing in the sprinkler though.

Such a Cutie when he is happy!
These ones are actually from a few days ago, but thought I better post them before I forget to. We went outside and played with Khloe and Donna again. The kids sure do get along great and are so cute to watch play together!!

Another "I can't wait for my baby to be here" post
I'm totally in nesting mode and have been for the almost 7 months now:) I am such a "mom" lol. Today we were going through some of our food storage and I found a big can of formula that you get at Sam's Club that we had left over from Kyler and its still sealed and doesn't expire until next year, when we found it you would have though I had just won the lottery! I was so happy and I think I might have done a little dance. Then I read an article online talking about how you can get free formula samples, and sure enough I went and signed up for them all:) I've also been stocking up on diapers and its kinda sad how excited I get when the box shows up on our door step! JJ laughs every time he sees my face when we get them or something for the baby, because I just smile from ear to ear, and he just doesn't understand why I am so excited over something so simple as formula and diapers.
I know its going to be extremely different and a lot harder than I can imagine, but I can't wait to have this new little one here and in my arms! I look at all the itty bitty clothes and just can't wait to be able to have him in them. I am very nervous over how Kyler is going to handle it and how he will treat the baby, but at the same time I see how he is with other kids and just get so excited for him to have someone to play with and love! I know he will adore Xander once he is use to him being around. I am so happy now to be having another little boy, yes I did want a girl but just seeing Kyler play and thinking about him with another little boy playing basketball and running around I just can't wait! Even though I don't want this one to grow up as fast as Kyler has and I know he will. Its crazy to think that if everything goes as planned right now, in about 80 days our lives will change all over again! This pregnancy has went by so fast, sometimes it seems like its been a long time but usually it seems like it was 2 weeks ago when I found out. I will be hearing his heartbeat again on Tuesday and can't wait too. I love being able to hear it and knowing he's ok. Its also nice to be able to feel him kick now and that his moving and ok, even though he has his days and night mixed up already. I can't wait for him to be here!! I am so curious to know what he looks like and if he'll look like Kyler. These next few weeks just can't go fast enough for me, and I'm pretty sure they'll go pretty fast with everything we have going on. Colton gets home in 34 days, Derek leaves in 47, and then a month later Xander will hopefully be making his debut!! There is a lot of family things happening with all of that going on plus the little things we have planned to do with just our little family. It'll be a fun few months and it'll be even more fun and maybe even a bit stressful when Xander gets here but I'm sure we'll love every minute of it:)

Loving the Weather and Phone Pics.
We have been taking full advantage of the wonderful weather we have been having! I know I have been blogging a lot lately and there have been tons of pictures to go with but since this is pretty much my form of journal that is why:) I just want to be able to remember everything about this time with Kyler and have pictures he can go back and look at. I'm planning on printing out my blog one of these days so it can be a book so we can have it to remember all these fun times. Anyways back on topic....We are just loving the warm weather and Kyler especially likes it because that means he can be outside for most the day! Here are pictures and things we have been upto the past few days!
Kyler out on his Scooter Saturday Morning. He was still trying to get use to driving it.
Running through the Sprinkler! He wasn't a big fan at all! So we got his water table out and his slide to let him play outside for awhile yesterday afternoon.
I was hoping we would get this before his birthday but it didn't come until Thursday and then I finally decided to open it and make them this morning. We got a Mickey and Friends Waffle Maker. Kyler wasn't sure whether he wanted to eat them or play with them at first. He also decided it was more fun to dip them in the syrup with his hand and draw on the table than use his fork.
We had also gotten him a pool and since he didn't like the sprinkler we got the pool out today! He liked that a lot more than the sprinkler. It did take him a minute to get use to it, but once he was he had a blast:)
He also had to get his scooter out again!! Its his favorite thing to do now that he's use to it. He was on it for at least 30 minutes while we were outside this afternoon, and even started falling asleep on it towards the end!
These next pictures are ones off my phone I hadn't pulled off yet. These first ones are back from the 14th. We were over at my parents house and my friend Ashlee dropped by with her little girl Ava to give Kyler a birthday present. Him and Ava had a blast playing together for a few minutes and laughing at everything the other one did. It was so cute to watch them interact!
These are from his checkup at the doctor's. While we were in the waiting room he was climbing on a chair fell off and hit is head on a pot that had a plant in it. He ended up getting a cut on the back of his head and dying the back of his hair red until we got home! He was still a pretty happy boy until he got his shot. We went up to get him a treat on the way out and he gave the reception lady the dirtiest look I've ever seen him give! It was so funny, but sad because she wasn't the one that had given him the shot. She thankfully just thought it was funny to and laughed!
That is all for now:)
